In this video I made a PWM fan controller circuit using 555 timer IC. This simple circuit can control the speed of any 12V DC fan or motor smoothly without heating or power loss. PWM method is better than normal resistor control because it gives high efficiency and stable speed. The circuit is very easy to build with basic components like NE555, MOSFET, potentiometer, and a few resistors. You can use this project for cooling fans, DC motors, mini drill machines, and many other electronics projects.
This project is perfect for beginners who want to learn how PWM works and how to control fan speed professionally. No Arduino or programming is required, only analog electronics. Follow the diagram shown in the video and you can make it at home easily.
