Steak & Cheese Bowl – 6 Servings

Ingredients (grams)
• 1,020g lean sirloin steak (trimmed)
• 15g olive oil (divided)
• 450g bell peppers (any color, sliced)
• 225g yellow onion (sliced)
• 120g mushrooms (optional, sliced)
• 360g cooked jasmine rice (~120g uncooked)
• 360g liquid egg whites
• 60g ultra-thin provolone cheese (6 slices)
• 45g low-sodium soy sauce
• 15g Worcestershire sauce
• 4.5g garlic powder
• 1.5g smoked paprika
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Marinate steak
• Slice 1,020g steak into thin strips against the grain.
• Toss with soy sauce, Worcestershire, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt & pepper.
• Marinate at least 20 minutes (overnight for best flavor).
2. Cook veggies
• Heat 7.5g olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
• Add peppers, onions, and mushrooms; cook 6–8 min until softened & caramelized. Remove from pan.
3. Cook egg whites
• In same skillet, cook 360g egg whites until just set. Remove and set aside.
4. Cook steak
• Heat remaining 7.5g olive oil over high heat.
• Cook steak in batches, 1–2 min per side, until browned but tender. Return all steak to pan with veggies and toss.
5. Assemble bowls
• Divide 360g cooked rice evenly into 6 containers (60g each).
• Add egg whites, then steak & veggie mix.
• Top each with 10g provolone (1 slice) so it melts from the heat.
