Aj ham aapko ek bhut hi healthy food ko ghar par banane ka tareeka batayenge, aap bhi ese bhut asani se ghar par bana sakte hai or ese apne bache , khud , gym karne wale logon ko de sakte hai esme kafi achi quantity mai protien, carbs or bhi nutrients paye jate hain.
METHOD FOR MAKING BANANA SHAKE AT HOME
#1. Sabse pehle aap do banana le lejiye or use cut karke jaar mai dal dijiye.
#2. Then aap usme ek glass milk ( 250 ml ) add kariye or fir usko blend kar dijiye fir aap usme dry fruits add kar sakte hai.
#3. Add some sugar for taste.
#4. Aap usme peanut butter bhi dal sakte for extra protein or esko dalne se uska taste bhi badh jayega or protein bhi extra milega or fir ek baar or blend kariye then uske baad glass mai sever kariye or aapka protein shake ready.
