Held in a beautifully decorated temple adorned with fresh flowers and vibrant kolam designs, the ceremony includes sacred rituals like the tying of the thaali (wedding necklace), fire offerings, and blessings from elders, all conducted in Tamil or Sanskrit by a priest. The bride typically wears a silk saree with gold jewelry, while the groom dons a traditional veshti.
