✨ Sabudana Tikki Recipe for Navratri ✨
Crispy, golden, and light on the stomach – these sabudana tikkis are perfect for vrat (fasting). they are energy-boosting, gluten-free, and delicious with vrat chutney. 🌸 Ideal for Navratri fasting, Ekadashi, or any festive fast.

Ingredients (for 8–10 tikkis):
• 1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls) – soaked overnight (6–7 hrs)
• 2 medium potatoes – boiled & mashed
• 2 green chilies – finely chopped (optional)
• 1 tsp ginger – grated
• 2 tbsp roasted peanuts – coarsely crushed
• 2 tbsp coriander leaves – chopped (optional, if you take in vrat)
• Rock salt (sendha namak) – as per taste
• ½ tsp black pepper powder (instead of red chili)
• Ghee / peanut oil – for shallow frying

Method:
1. Wash sabudana well and soak overnight with just enough water to cover it. Drain excess water before use.
2. In a mixing bowl, add soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, crushed peanuts, green chili, ginger, coriander, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix well and shape into small round
4. Heat ghee/oil in a pan, place tikkis, and cook on medium flame till golden & crisp on both sides.
5. Serve hot with vrat chutney (coriander + coconut or curd + rock salt).
