Chicken yakhni pulao❤️ | #pulao #chickenpulao #biryani #chicken #recipe #food #tasty #biryanilovers 1/4th Cup Oil 3 Bay Leaves 5 Dried Red Chillies 1 Black Cardamom 3 Green Cardamom 3 Cloves 1 Pc Cinnamon 1 Tsp Caraway Seeds (Shah Jeera) 2 Onions Chopped -When onions turn soft, Add 750gms Chicken 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste Salt Mix well and fry 5-10 minutes till chicken changes its color. -Then Add, 3-4 Tomato Chopped + 2-3 Tbsp Water. -Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. • Prepare Special Pulao Masala • • ⁠1 Tsp Coriander Seeds • ⁠2 Tsp Fennel Seeds • ⁠1 Star Anise • 2 Black Cardamom • ⁠4 Green Cardamom • ⁠1 Pc Cinnamon • ⁠1/8th Nutmeg ( V small pc ) • 3 petals or small pc of Mace • 5 Cloves • ⁠2 Bay Leaves -Grind into a coarse powder. Now, ⁠Mix this powder in 1/2 Cup Curd + 4-5 Green Chillies Crushed. Keep ready -Now add this to the chicken mixture. And cover & cook for another 7-8 minutes on low flame. -Then, -Add 750ml water, -3 Green Chillies -Coriander Leaves -Salt -2 Tsp Lemon Juice -400gms washed and soaked basmati rice (Soaked for 1 hour only, not more) -Cook till the rice is done! -It’s ready!
