Sugar-Free Chocolate Ice Cream 🍦
Ingredients:
1. Cashews: a handful
2. Almonds: a handful
3. Dried Figs: 10
4. Dates: 15
5. Oats: ½ cup
6. Milk: 2 cups
7. Honey: 2 tablespoons
8. Dark Chocolate: 60g
Instructions:
1. Soak cashews, dried figs, oats, and dates in milk for 20-25 minutes.
2. Soak almonds in hot water for 20 minutes, then remove their peels.
3. Blend all the ingredients, including honey and melted dark chocolate, in a blender jar until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, garnish with nuts or chocolate chunks, and cover with cling wrap.
5. Freeze overnight and serve the next day.
