•Jaggery – ¾ cup (around 150 g)
•Water – 3 tbsp
•Dry ginger powder (sukku powder) – ⅛ tsp (optional)
•Cardamom powder – ⅛ tsp (optional)
•Ghee – ½ tsp (to grease hands for rolling)
👉 This will give around 8–10 balls depending on size.
