generally, at golbari, these preparations are made with mutton, but I'm trying with chicken. it's an authentic bengali chicken kosha recipe, which is special for it blackish colour and soft meat. it's made with slow cook process so,these meat become very soft in texture.
Two key ingredients are used for its colour, one is beresta paste and another is liquor tea.
