Made with just 3 ingredients – no condensed milk, no fancy tools – just pure love and tradition.
Perfect for beginners and a hit with everyone!
✨ Ingredients:
2 cups desiccated coconut (plus extra for coating)
1 cup milk (full cream preferred)
½ cup jaggery powder or sugar (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp ghee
¼ tsp cardamom powder
Optional: chopped dry fruits (cashews, almonds, raisins)

Instructions:
1. Heat ghee in a pan, add milk and stir.
2. Add jaggery powder (or sugar) and mix until fully melted.
3. Now add desiccated coconut and stir continuously.
4. Cook on medium flame for 5–7 minutes till mixture thickens and leaves the pan.
5. Add cardamom powder and dry fruits. Mix well.
6. Let it cool slightly (not completely). Grease your palms and shape into small ladoos.
7. Roll the ladoos in extra coconut for a pretty festive touch.

Store in airtight container for 2–3 days at room temp.
Can add rose water or saffron strands for aroma.
