First, I assembled a normal single-transistor Tesla coil powered by a 12V DC supply. The oscillator section uses a 105 ceramic capacitor (1µF) connected in the feedback network to generate high-frequency oscillations. The secondary coil is made with approximately 350 turns of 36-gauge enamel copper wire, taken from an old clock. The primary coil consists of 2–3 turns of thick copper wire, connected to the collector section of the transistor. When powered ON, high-voltage plasma is visible at the top of the secondary coil, confirming proper Tesla coil operation. 🎵 Audio Modulation Section After confirming the normal Tesla coil operation, I connected it to an audio modulation circuit using an IRF530 N-channel MOSFET. The MOSFET stage works as a power amplifier, using: 10kΩ and 2kΩ resistors 1µF coupling capacitor External audio input (mobile / MP3 player) The audio signal is applied to the MOSFET gate, and the MOSFET controls the power supplied to the Tesla coil. As a result, the Tesla coil output follows the audio frequency, and the plasma spark dances according to music. ⚙️ Key Features ✔ Single transistor Tesla coil (TIP41C) ✔ MOSFET-based audio modulation ✔ Visible plasma discharge ✔ Musical Tesla coil effect ✔ Simple and low-cost components ⚠️ Safety Warning This project generates high voltage. Do not touch the secondary coil or plasma output while operating. Use proper insulation and safety precautions. 📌 Conclusion This project demonstrates how a basic Tesla coil can be converted into a musical Tesla coil using a simple MOSFET audio amplifier sta
