✅ Ingredients (for 2–3 servings):
Zucchini — 2 medium
Minced meat (chicken, pork or beef) — 300 g
Camembert cheese — 1 pc.
Tomato 2 pcs.
Sour cream or mayonnaise
Hard cheese — 100 g
Salt, pepper — to taste
Paprika or favorite spices — optional
🔪 Preparation:
Prepare the zucchini
Cut the zucchini into thick rings (1.5–2 cm). Carefully cut out the middle, leaving the bottom — to form "rings-molds".
Prepare the filling
In a bowl, mix the minced meat, chopped zucchini cores, salt, pepper and spices.
Form the steaks
Fill each ring with the minced zucchini, slightly tamping.
Grease each piece with sour cream or mayonnaise
Fry or bake
Option 1: Fry on medium heat on both sides under the lid until cooked.
Option 2: Place on parchment and bake at 180°C ~25 min.
Add the cheese
5 minutes before the steak is ready, sprinkle each steak with grated cheese and put the pieces of camembert cheese and bake/simmer until melted.
💡 Tip:
Serve with sour cream, yogurt sauce or vegetable salad. Perfect as a main course or appetizer!
