Try this crispy, multi-layered Lachcha Paratha at home — perfect with any curry or just a dollop of butter! 😍✨
🔪Ingredients:
Wheat flour (atta) – 2 cups
Salt – ½ tsp
Oil/ghee – 2 tbsp (for dough)
Water – as needed
Ghee – for brushing
Dry flour – for dusting
✴️Steps:
Knead a soft dough using atta, salt, oil, and water. Rest for 15–20 minutes.
Roll a ball into a thin roti, brush ghee, sprinkle dry flour, and fold like a fan.
Coil the folded strip into a round and roll again gently.
Cook on a hot tawa with ghee until golden brown and crispy.
Crush gently to separate the layers. Serve hot!
