Ingredients
1 liter of milk
1 cup of granulated sugar
3.5 tablespoons of flour
3.5 tablespoons of starch
2 egg yolks
140 g of white chocolate
1 pack of cream (200 ml)
For the biscuit;
200 g of baby biscuits
1 tea glass of hazelnuts

Preparation
Take the milk, sugar, flour, starch and egg yolks in a suitable pot and whisk them well.
Then turn on the stove and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly.
When our pudding thickens and becomes bubbly, turn off the stove and add the white chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts completely.
Transfer the pudding that has reached its initial temperature to a bowl, add the cream and whisk again.
Cover the top of our ready pudding with stretch wrap and let it cool completely.
Put the baby biscuits and hazelnuts in the food processor and process until they become flour.
Wash the strawberries well and drain their water. You can also use different fruits if you wish.
First cover the bottom of the cups or jars that we will serve with biscuits and place the strawberries on top.
After filling the jar with the pudding, cover it with biscuits again and prepare our dessert.
Prepare our cups in the same way until all the pudding is finished.
After resting in the refrigerator for a few hours, our magnolia dessert is ready to serve. Enjoy!
