🌿 Ingredients (¼ kg Pista Blondie, 6–8 squares)
•Maida – 70 g (½ cup + 2 tbsp)
•Pista powder (fine ground) – 20 g (2 tbsp)
•Baking powder – ½ tsp
•Salt – pinch
•White chocolate – 80 g
•Unsalted butter – 50 g (¼ cup)
•White sugar (powdered) – 60 g (¼ cup + 1 tbsp)
•Egg – 1 (medium)
•Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
•Chopped pistachios – 20 g (optional, for crunch & garnish)
👩🍳 Method
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a 6-inch tin.
Melt base – In a bowl, melt butter + white chocolate (microwave / double boiler). Stir till smooth, cool slightly.
Add sugar – Mix powdered sugar into the melted mix.
Egg & vanilla – Whisk in egg + vanilla essence.
Dry mix – Sieve maida + pista powder + baking powder + salt. Fold gently into wet mix.
Add chopped pista – Mix or sprinkle on top.
Bake – Pour into tin, bake 20–22 mins until edges golden, center slightly soft.
Cool & cut into chewy pista blondie squares. 🌿✨
