CEMETERY OF GIANTS. 🕯️ WILL WE HAVE ENOUGH STRENGTH TO REMEMBER THEM? I stand in the heart of Warsaw's Powązki Military Cemetery. This place is a substantive map of the Polish soul. There are no random names here. Each alley, each section is a different lesson in what I call the Power of Survival. Today my walk comes to an end, but the weight of history I feel here will stay with me for a long time. FROM THE STAGE TO THE TRAGEDY OF A UNIT I started at the grave of Roman Kłosowski. A man who made millions laugh as Maliniak, while himself struggling with darkness and the loss of his sight. Then there was Maria Czubaszek. The queen of sarcasm, who smoked until the end and feared nothing, not even death, which she spoke of with such ease that it sent shivers down my spine. Right next to it is Krystyna Sienkiewicz – the "pink phenomenon," a war orphan who, despite melanoma and a stroke, remained on stage until her last breath. And her husband, Wojciech Karolak, a jazz master, who substantively complemented this artistic map of pain and passion. These were the people who taught us that talent is not just about applause; it is, above all, substantive discipline and fortitude in the face of personal tragedies. HERE POLAND RESTS. A STOP WITH THE PRIME MINISTER. But the Powązki Military Cemetery is more than just the world of artists. It is a place where substantive political history collides with eternity. I stop at the grave of Prime Minister Jan Olszewski. A man who knew everything about the Power of Endurance in a national context. His life was a substantive service to values that, for many today, are just empty "corporate gibberish." Steadfastness, the courage to speak the truth, regardless of the cost. Standing here, you feel this specific kind of weight – the responsibility for memory. THE POWER OF SURVIVAL IS NOT JUST LIFE. IT IS MEMORY. Why do I come here? Why do I show you these graves? Because so many famous people are buried in this cemetery that the history of the world could be rewritten. But it's not about their names. It's about the substantive burden they left behind. Each of them – whether actor, comedian, musician, or statesman – had to face a wall at some point in their journey. And each of them found within themselves that substantive spark to keep going. This is the Power of Survival. This is the strength that ensures that even when the body fails, when sight fades, when political winds blow in the eyes – a person remains a person. AN APPEAL TO YOU Powązki Military Cemetery is not a museum. It is a substantive archive of Polish strength. When I visit these places, I do more than just light a candle. I recharge my batteries with substance, seeing how much a human being can endure and achieve. I ask you today: Who is the greatest symbol of survival for you? Is it an artist who fought illness, or a politician who never betrayed their ideals? Or perhaps someone in your family, unknown to the world, who possessed the same power as the greats of Powązki Cemetery? Leave a comment. Let's not let this candle smoke be the only trace of their greatness. 👇 Leave [🕯️] if you'd like me to share more substantive history lessons from places like this. #SurvivalPower #SławekSikora #PowązkiMilitary #JanOlszewski #KrystynaSienkiewicz #MariaCzubaszek #RomanKłosowski #Memory #HistoryofPoland #MemoryToken #Warsaw #Unworthy #Poland subscribe Channel slaweksikora.pl/moj-dlug/ open.spotify.com/show/0X6pYzt8VXKJaSZPZZ4Jye pl.linkedin.com/in/s%C5%82awomir-sikora?trk=people… vod.tvp.pl/filmy-fabularne,136/moj-dlug,979126 www.tiktok.com/@slawomirsikora0 pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/S%C5%82awomir_Sikora_(born_1…
