Over two days, I prepared: vegan butter, seitan strips, coconut milk + zero-waste macarons, black bean steaks, aquafaba chocolate mousse, cashew cream… then date sugar, red lentil tofu, pesto, granola bars, gluten-free bread, peanut butter, cream cheese, pickles, and pistachio-white chocolate puree (forgotten in the video, haha).
Result:
