Olá, Bonjour, G'Day!

In 2024, our family (French, Mozambican, Portuguese and Australian) traded our land life for a life of adventure at sea!

Our initial plan was to sail for about a year but we felt time was passing by so fast so we decided to stay aboard and keep exploring the world a little longer!

Since purchasing our sailing catamaran "Tranquila" in Denmark in June ‘24, we sailed her down towards the Canary Islands, where we joined the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC) for the Atlantic crossing!

After making landfall in December ‘24 on the island of St Lucia, we cruised through the Caribbean islands, then hopped to the Dominican Republic, before reaching the Bahamas. We then continued all the way up to the United States to take part in the ARC Europe rally that sails back to Portugal.

We’re currently back in Europe exploring the Mediterranean sea and planning to take it a little slower!
