The Bitty & Beau's Coffee Show

18+ coffee shop locations, 450+ employees with disabilities, 1 movement.

Bitty & Beau’s Coffee is a human rights movement disguised as a coffee shop, where people with intellectual & developmental disabilities are valued in the workplace. It’s a place where diversity isn’t just appreciated, it’s celebrated! The radically inclusive model of Bitty & Beau’s Coffee inspires customers to intentionally include people with disabilities in their own life – whether it be at school, at work, or in their social circles.

The Bitty & Beau's Coffee Show hosts interviews with our employees, shows behind-the-scenes looks at our operations, and shares stories that highlight our mission of creating a more inclusive workplace. We aim to showcase the talents and stories of our staff, many of whom have disabilities, and to promote a message of inclusion and acceptance.

Hosted by the brand's namesakes, Bitty & Beau, and their parents (& brand co-founders), Amy & Ben Wright!
