Believe Housing Limited is a Registered Provider of social housing.
We were established in April 2015, under the name County Durham Housing Group, following the transfer of ownership and management of Durham County Council’s former 18,500 homes.
We pride ourselves in putting tenants at the heart of what we do and as a new housing provider, making them part of our journey in providing better housing services, homes and communities.
Part of this is knowing our landscape. We cover 862 square miles, from the very rural west, to the hustle and bustle of Durham city centre, and magnificent coastline in the east.
With our diverse setting, we place a great amount of emphasis on providing a local housing service to fit local housing needs.
