Let’s be real—discipline isn’t always easy, especially when life gets busy or emotions run high. But our choices matter. Not just for fitness goals, but for living in alignment with God’s purpose for our bodies.
💡The biggest shift that has helped me to stay disciplined, is appreciating my body for where it is currently if fueling it properly so I can continue to do the things I love. Also, knowing that I am not always going to make or have to make healthy choices, but if I can be consistent in making healthy choices, I can enjoy a life that’s disciplined to honoring God and feel less stressed in finding that balance.
