En Familia- Storytelling
Latino Network Communication will partner with MetroEast Community Media to produce 30-minute storytelling programs; the stories will be from members of the Latino community who will share their personal stories, their challenges, successes, and experiences living in USA as immigrants. Many of the individual’s names will change for confidentiality and safety. Casting at MetroEast Community Media.
Each episode will focus on a specific topic related to domestic violence, communications, healthy relationships, strengthening the family and current topics. The program will also feature field reports that will engage viewers’ interests in local arts, schools, community and health organizations, family activities and county agencies. A morning slot has been reserved by MetroEast Community Media - TV Portland, and will be aired at 11:30am on SaturdaysThe production will be done “live on tape” during Fridays, twice a moth in a MetroEast Community Media.
