Alyssa is a woman with many roles. Fiance, dog mom, and National Director of Marketing for the largest privately held addiction treatment center in the US.
Alyssa was born in Queens, New York, and was raised in New Jersey. After experiencing the negative effects of bullying her entire life, Alyssa found substances as a way of self-medicating that ultimately led to a grave heroin addiction. By the age of 20, Alyssa was homeless and desperate for a change. After years of addition, Alyssa sought treatment in South Florida in 2011. Although it was a difficult journey, Alyssa abstained from drugs and alcohol and turned her life around.
Today she has over 8 years of recovery and has accomplished much in life. After building a strong foundation, she returned to school and graduated from Palm Beach State College with honors in 2016, all while working full-time. She has built a career in recovery, helping thousands of others struggling with addiction.
