Hi, I’m Louise, yoga teacher and founder of Well Yoga.
I specialise in supporting women over 40 through yoga, with a particular focus on midlife, menopause, and the changing seasons of our bodies. With over 6 years of teaching experience and additional menopause yoga training, I create practices that help you feel stronger, calmer, and more balanced.
On this channel you’ll find yoga for mental and physical wellbeing, gentle flows, strength-building, flexibility, breathwork, and meditation, plus classes designed for different life stages.
