Campbell River Association of Tour Operators, known as "CRATO" are a collaborative group of like minded tour operators that was formed to assist in balancing the economic framework that supports the tourism industry in Campbell River. Seven months of the year from April to October we share our breath taking region and it's wildlife with visitors from all over the world. As the hub of the Whale trail where Orca, Humpback and Transient Whales meet each year, we greet thousands of people from across the planet that visit Campbell River to be surrounded by our Whales.
When we are unable to explore with visitors, we are cleaning the coastline and the waters from human debris that pollutes our waters and strangles our wildlife. Our wildlife and our coastline remain pristine due to the dedication of our tour operators.
