This is FreeForm Move Dance, and for all people who like to move and dance along:
These free dance sessions are no-fuss health and wellness workouts with the hope to make you feel good and get you moving in a way that works for you. You don't have to follow along to every move, I would suggest to just let loose, feel the music, and have fun with it. These movement sessions are meant to help improve mobility, balance, strength, overall health, and mood. It's freestyle dance because you style it yourself, freely, without getting too many instructions. The few instructions are silent so you can fully enjoy.
Here are a few things to keep in mind as you dance along with me:
Have as much fun as you like! Listen to your body. If something doesn't feel right, don't do it.
Modify the moves as needed. There's no need to push yourself too hard.
I have some great playlists and I switch up the music style, there should be something for everyone, suggestions are welcome!
