We are an award winning, fully licensed and insured tattoo studio, that is woman owned, we have over 30 years of combined experience. Rhiannon has been licensed in the state of Rhode Island since April of 1996 and has trained a handful of artists who are now licensed and working hard in the industry.

Phoenix Tattoo strives to provide safe, clean, fun and healthy practices to every human that comes into the studio. Our purpose is to help heal not only the planet but fellow human beings, and bring awareness to those who are searching for answers they may not find elsewhere. .
