Hello to my awesome OCD Space community, I just unpublished a video I did on the Feared Possible Self. I really want this video to be a good resource for those new to I-CBT and I didn't feel like I actually explained the concept well enough to new people. This is actually hilarious because it mirrors the skit I had in the video, but I promise this is a reality-based decision:) I'm going to refilm it and repost it. Once the new video is up, if you amazing people all feel so inclined, please watch it again. This weekend (11/16/25) I'll be speaking at the Online OCD Conference hosted by OCD SoCal.
