Welcome to Ukrainian Aqua!

This channel began with rescuing a betta named Antuan, whose quiet life in a 66 L planted tank renewed my interest in aquariums. Earlier nano moments with shrimp, snails, and celestial pearl danios remain as part of that story. I’ve kept fish since my teens, when a 200 L tank with tiger oscars and other American cichlids sparked my interest in larger species and natural behaviors.

After moving and rehoming my tanks, I continued filming aquatic life in public aquariums and oceanariums — from tiny schooling fish to big predatory cichlids, rays, sharks, and other exotic freshwater and saltwater species.

Today, the channel focuses on my new 84 L Father Fish–style planted aquarium, shared as a calm diary of fish behavior, early social tension, plant growth, algae battles, and ecosystem stability forming over time. You’ll also meet Holly, my playful Yellow Lab, along with peaceful nature and wildlife clips from local parks.

Thanks for being here.
