Rivky is the recipient of the NYFA arts grant, selected for New York Musical Theater’s finalist in 2022 with her song, “Hear Me Mr. Honey," produced by Grammy-winning Amy Lee of Evanescence. Rivky’s music has appeared on PBS’s Mysteries Of Mental Illness, her career jump-started composing for Off-Broadway, meeting Cellist Brian Sanders, releasing their first album, inviting them to The Kennedy Center, stages featuring Suzanne Vega and other projects co-creating a musical with Playwright Jack Feldstein. Rivky currently hosts “Melody Left Behind”, celebrating underserved performers living with schizophrenia, psychosis and those who process the stage and the world just a little differently. Pushing the boundary for inclusion on mainstream music stages.
