As I enter my Crone (or elder) years, I feel I am stepping into a hugely creative phase and I would love to share my thoughts, experiences, life wisdom, and words of inspiration to help anyone in whatever life stages they find themselves.
I help women and men of all ages who might be stuck or having some life challenges. I provide an alternative viewpoint and perspective which can help shift energies into a more peaceful and positive life experience.
My name is Frances. I am a holistic therapist, life coach, yoga teacher, artist, vegan, soon to be published author and lover of life. As I step into elderhood, my fond wish is to reach as many people as I can and radiate my positive energy as far as possible!
