Health, Hope & Hip-Hop Foundation (HH&HH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating health disparities in underserved communities through health literacy, advocacy, and the cultural power of hip-hop.

Founded by multiple myeloma survivor, advocate, and hip-hop artist Oya โ€œGrand Gโ€ Gilbert, HH&HH meets people where they are โ€” using music, storytelling, and lived experience to spark conversations that lead to earlier diagnoses, better health decisions, and improved outcomes.
