My random ramblings and thoughts as I give up the booze and try to get into a better head space
I’ve sort of reached that stage in life where if things are going to change, stopping drinking, losing weight, getting fit etc , they need to start happening now while I’m still able to do something about it
I don’t pretend to be anything but a fat, unfit average fella trying to get his life in order using simple no bulls##t methods that you don’t have to be a scientist to understand
This is an attempt at a lifestyle change, eating better, moving more. Stuff we all know but can be overwhelming if taken as a whole
I know my faults all to well and in the past I’ve been to impatient and given up to easily but now I’ve given myself 9 months to get on the right track so that sneaky maccy or a week with no results isn’t that much of an issue.
If I can have some fun along the way, then all the better 😀
