I'm a 50 plus in age certified I.S.S.A personal trainer and nutritionist. I'm a business owner, an author, a domestic violence survivor and also a survivor of molestation. I have a book called UNMUTED - I have a VOICE, which is a memoir about my life experiences, my survival praises to God and how I overcame what I gone through.
I believe in expressing and sharing what I've endured which helps me to relieve my pains and struggles. Having God in my life allows me to have faith in everything I do and prepare me for what he's about to do in my life. I’m a bit shy at times, which may be hard to believe, but I'm not shy when it comes to family. I'm so proud to be a mother, a nana, an aunt, a realist, and a lovable woman. But most of all I’m a God-fearing woman that always puts God first in everything I do.

No matter what you’re going through in life. Just know that you’re not alone. God sees everything and he knows you like no one else. And guess what? He will not put so much on you that you cannot deal with. Keep your head up.. stand tall.. and stay prayed up! These struggles don’t last long…and scream THANK YOU LORD!!
