Hello folks. I have retired after 46 years of working for Kroger food stores and I love cookin’ in the kitchen, or on the grill, or smoking something in the smoker. I was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta and was exposed to many different cuisines and cultures - Greek, Italian, Cajun, Asian and of course Southern. I grew up watching TV Chefs and have always loved to cook from an early age. I will share some of my favorite dishes, some from my childhood and some great family and friend stories.
