Music resources for teachers, aimed at students aged 7-14 (Key Stage 2 and 3 in the UK, Grades 2-8 in the USA).
The aim of these resources is to provide fun content that is appropriate, accessible, and stylistically authentic.
Songs are written to either demonstrate key musical characteristics of popular music styles, such as; Blues, Reggae, Jazz, Rock 'n' Roll, Classic Rock, Hip Hop, EDM, Soul, Latin, Doo Wop, Funk, etc.
Or, to introduce fundamental musical concepts, such as; Music Notes, Chords, Musical Elements, Scales, Solfege, Takadimi, Pentatonic Scales, Ensemble Playing, Rhythm, etc.
Many of these songs are composed to be performed by students, using common classroom instruments, including; Voice, Keyboard, Ukulele, Glockenspiel, Chime Bars, Boomwhackers, Percussion Instruments, etc.
