Our unique history which majority of us have very little information about due to miseducation and deliberate erasure has an impact on our collective consciousness and in turn impacts our mental health. However, it's not enough to gain correct historical information, we also must gain an understanding of how events that have happened continue to impact on us today, and how we unconsciously perpetuate some aspects that are not in our best interest. With that knowledge then, a challenging but not impossible undertaking for this channel is to have conversations which hopefully will guide us to repair and chart a better course for ourselves and those coming after us.
