I love to help people find a natural way to release tension - whether it is physical, mental or emotional. By resting from the busy world we can learn techniques to relax our bodies and minds. This will lead us to stillness and help our souls remember their way home.
I incorporate working with the breath and sometimes use essential oils to deepen the experience - and often bring about quicker results.
