Mat Mates started during New Zealand's lockdown in August, 2021. Our Zoom classes with friends went for 100 days in a row and kept us in shape and connected. We didn't record any of those classes. But we've been recording since November, 2021 - and while our early videos may not have the best visual quality, the workouts are still great :)
