Throwback 17 years to packing a shipment with a baby on my lap.
I remember the fear, the what-ifs, the late nights and definitely wishing I could sprout more arms.
Back then I lived in the shadows and remained afraid to ask for help, fumbling through sales calls, qualifying potential employees, trying to wrap my head around OSHA requirements, while obviously overlooking the dishes at home.
Even though we grew this into something extremely successful, if I could go back, I would, and I’d change one thing: find mentors and coaches sooner—women a few steps ahead. Inspiration and a roadmap.
