Now that I'm semi-retired I spend most of my time in Hawaii and part of the summer at our home in Alaska. I graduated from Emily Carr University of Art and Design in Vancouver, BC in 1992 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. It's been 40 years since I picked up my first camera and my interests and activities are constantly changing. As a result, my channel doesn't focus on just one subject. Despite my focus on still photography, beginning in the days of film and print, I've always had a passion for filmmaking and storytelling. Because the high cost of filmmaking equipment was always out of reach, I learned to blend my still images with a storytelling/film format. If a picture can speak a thousand words, then what does a film with dozens of pictures say...
