I'm a natural specialist coach, a natural athlete, retired IFBB bikini pro, psychotherapist and simply a normal human being!
I’ve done a bit in my life, I’ve stepped up on stage, moved to Dubai, travelled solo, ran a successful coaching business and been through a fair amount of trauma along the way too!!
But I'm constantly evolving, trying new things, aspiring to make the most out of my life all whilst pursuing my passion for my health, fitness and loving my body along the way.
I'm never really certain what I'll post next, what my venture will be, but when I do post it's usually something I'm passionate about, that I think others may learn from and enjoy too!
