“Ladies of the Rose Foundation” is a non-profit 501(3)(c) focused on unifying people through music. By valuing community (our greatest resource) we act as a hub for industry to thrive by maintaining equitable business relationships and providing programming for mental wellness and professional development. Our mission is to provide an activation wave in communities that are suffering from social and economic unrest. This is achieved by inciting a culture that true community is about being connected and responsible for what happens as individuals. LOTR focuses on innovative ways to strengthen the cohesiveness of relationships. Impacting four main elements of the local community: music, youth outreach, mental wellness planning and business sustainability.
