Hey everyone, I’m so excited about our upcoming episode! I got to sit down with Petrina Adusei, an amazing therapist and mental health champion, to talk about stuff we don’t always say out loud, such as grief, healing, and impostor syndrome. I’ve been there myself, and this conversation hit home, sparking hope and strength.
Since it’s Mental Health Awareness Month, this feels extra special. We poured our hearts into this one, so grab a friend, listen in, and let’s inspire each other to keep going.
