Stephen Jemal is a first-generation American entrepreneur born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Starting young, he worked alongside his father in a family discount store and launched his own electronics and music stores by age sixteen. This early experience laid the foundation for Jemal’s creation of the iconic electronics chain Nobody Beats the Wiz, which grew to 110 stores across six states and achieved over $2.5 billion in sales. After selling the chain, he shifted focus to real estate, founding SSJ Development and successfully revitalizing New York City and New Jersey waterfront properties.

Today, as President and CEO of JemRock Organization LLC, Stephen S Jemal leads the development of PASHA, a unique Manhattan housing project providing reasonably priced luxury apartments and office spaces for professionals. Working with his sons and a dedicated team, he combines innovative construction technology and deep industry expertise to expand PASHA into a global brand.
