Our Merry Shih-Tzu Family story begins with the introduction of black-white puppy-boy Charlie into our family. Five years later we bought a black girl named Nicoletta. And in another year and a half six lovely puppies were born. The puppies grew and changed quickly, becoming those famous plush toys that all Shih-Tzu's look like. When the puppies reached the age of 8 weeks, it was time to give them to their new families. We were so sorry to part with them and decided to keep the ginger girl, who we named Noisette (Hazelnut in French). She turned into a real beauty with a big red tail. How we got two red puppies from a black mom and a black and white dad in our litter is still a mystery. So now we have a full-fledged happy Shih-Tzu family living in our house.
