Welcome to Yoga, Movement and Mindfulness. I’m a certified yoga teacher and mindful eating coach. I’m a runner and weight lifter who believes in training smart and feeling good. I’ve created this channel to help motivate and get you moving towards a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I’ve spent over a decade creating this for myself, and I want to share it with you. Through yoga and movement I’ve learned how good the body is able to feel when we take the time to become aware of what it’s trying to tell us. Here I’ll share FREE YOGA classes, meditations, and mobility exercises to help you train harder and recover smarter so you’re able to feel your best.
